KUAM is Guam and the Marianas Islands premiere media group with two broadcast television stations (NBC and CBS affiliated), two 24 hour local cable channels, a broadcast FM radio station, a digital radio station streaming CHamoru music and programming exclsively and a digital media division focused on newsgathering and content creation across a host of digital/social platforms. Our organization has garnered several awards for excellence including the 2017 and 2020 regional Edward R. Murrow award from the RTDNA for excellence in social media and we are also a recipient of funding from the Google News Initiative for the 2020 Google News Initiative Innovation Challenge.
