- Seven to ten years of experience in audio journalism, including reporting, producing and/or editing for broadcast.
- Three to five years leading and managing a team and inspiring them to produce their best work.
- Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to train less experienced staff and to challenge staff with more experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- B.A. in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
